You’ll be guided through starting your own manifestation journal, take part in a short seated future-self meditation, and make an intention bracelet to seal the energy.

And yes — iced or hot matcha lattes (your choice!) will be available throughout while you journal, craft, chat, and unwind ☕💚

You don’t need to bring anything — all materials are provided. The event is fully seated, relaxed, and open to all students. Come with friends or come solo and leave feeling a little more aligned ✨
